What you need to get started
- You need a power plug socket point to plug in smart plug 10A, Android/IPhone and a 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi Network.
- Phone must be connected to 2.4 Ghz WiFi network only (and not 5 Ghz).
- Location should be ON.
- Mobile Bluetooth should be ON.
Download app and Register account
- Download HomeMate Smart App from App Store or Google Play.

- You can scan the QR code below to download the HomeMate Smart App:
You can also search “HomeMate Smart” in either App Store or Google Play to install the App.
2. Open App and register your account.
3. Create Home in Home Management Setting.
4. Set location.
Pairing of Smart plug 10A with HomeMate Smart app can be done through 2 process flow in app. If Process 1 fails, try Process 2 :
Process 1: Auto-detection using Bluetooth
Step One: Plug in your smart plug in the compatible socket and switch it ON.
- Check if the Blue LED is blinking rapidly, if not try resetting by holding button for 10 seconds.
CAUTION : RISK OF ELECTRONIC SHOCK OR BURNS - USE IN DRY LOCATION ONLY.
Do not use outdoors, with wet hands, or when standing on wet or damp surfaces.
NOTE : Make sure Bluetooth is ON on your phone.
Step Two: Open the HomeMate Smart App
- Connect your mobile with home Wi-Fi(2.4Ghz).
- Make sure Bluetooth is ON on your phone.
- Tap '+' at the top right corner or 'Add device button' window.
- It will automatically show the nearby device ready to be paired.
- Tap on "Go to add"
- Tap '+' at the top right corner to add the device.
- Enter Wi-Fi Password then tap on "Confirm".
- It will connect to the HomeMate Smart Plug.
- After adding you can edit the name of the Smart plug 10A.
- Tap on pencil mark located after Smart Plug 10A.

11. Type the desired name like "Bedroom" tap on "Save" then tap on "Done" located on the Top right corner.
Process 2: Using Search device Wi-Fi process flow:
Step One: Plug in your smart plug in the compatible socket
- Check if the Blue LED is blinking rapidly, if not try resetting by holding button for 10 seconds.

Step Two: Open HomeMate Smart App:
1. Tap '+' at the top right corner or 'Add device button' window.
2. Select Smart Plug 10A
3. Make sure that Plug Indicator flashes quickly and then tap "Confirm indicator rapidly blink" to go to next step, If the indicator is not flashing quickly, then long press reset button for 10 secs.
4. Select Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz and type the password then tap on "Next"
5. Add successfully message appears once device is connected.
6. After adding you can edit the name of the Smart plug 10A.
7. Tap on pencil mark located after Smart Plug 10A.

8. Type the desired name like "Bedroom" tap on "Save" then tap on "Done" located on the Top right corner.

Steps to Reset Smart Plug:
- Turn on the device.
- Hold RESET button (switch) for 5-10 seconds.
- Confirm that the indicator is blinking fast.
Attention: please complete pairing process within 3 minutes after device reset.
